Incoming 9th Grade Summer Tryout Dates

TRYOUTS will take place on May 7 with a make up on Sunday May 12.   Please note that there is a financial responsibility to play on the team. Summer Performance Course

Being a good baseball player requires more than just baseball skills. It requires athleticism. RRHS will team up with Performance Course again this summer to help in developing our student athletes in becoming better athletes. The course will run all summer long(except blackout dates set by UIL) and will help in developing our athletic skill sets to make them move better and develop strength. Meet The Dragons

Come meet the 2019 Dragon Baseball teams on Saturday, February 9th at 2PM at Dragon Diamond. Bring your gloves and come on the field for some fun with the teams. Concessions and merchandise will be available. Admission is free!

Site Changes for JV & Freshmen

It was brought to my attention tonight that there was a misunderstanding on my part as to where the sub varsity teams are suppose to play tomorrow. JV WHITE will play IN WACO and JV Maroon will play at RRHS. JV white report to school at 10 am to hit in tunnels. JV Maroon arrive at 1130 at RRHS. I sincerely apologize for this mistake. Please be prepared for the adjustments.

The RRHS Baseball Booster Club depends on the active participation of its membership to assist in a variety of activities in support of the program. Buddy Shirts can be ordered by filling out this Google Form. A Paypal invoice will be sent to you. This must be paid before the order will be fulfilled. You can also download and print the order form. S-XL $20.00 2XL/3XL $22.00 4XL $24.00 Shirts include (1) player name and number. Casino Night 2018 will be Friday, December 7, 2018 at the Round Rock Sports Center! Dinner/Drinks at 6PM Games 7PM-10PM Live Auction immediately following games Casino night ends at 11PM We are looking for business that would like to sponsor the event or donate items to the silent and live auction.  Casino Night is our primary fundraiser.  We use the money raised to help fund the baseball program. The booster club helps support the baseball team by assisting with operating expenses not covered by the district budget. Performance Course Workout Information Now available

Performance Course Flyer- Click Here RRHS Dragon Baseball is partnering with Performance Course during the fall to offer athletic performance improvement training beginning November 5 through January 18.  A total of 30 workouts for $200 will be offered.  These workouts will be targeted for baseball specific movements patterns and any RRHS student athlete  grades 9-12 wanting the focus on baseball specific movements can participate.  Please understand this is designed for those not participating in another sport. Dragons Knock Off Hendrickson 7-3

Dragons Knock Off Hendrickson 7-3 The Round Rock Dragons took the nightcap Friday night 7-3, giving the Dragons a 2-1 series win over the Hawks. Hendrickson opened the scoring with a run in the top of the first and led until the Dragons took the lead for good, scoring four runs in the in the bottom of the fourth. The big blow for the Dragons was a two-run homer by Jared McKenzie.
