An early lead helped Round Rock defeat Lubbock Cooper 11-1 on Saturday February 25. Lubbock Cooper took an early lead in the first inning on an RBI double by Jake Hahn. Round Rock took the lead for good with four runs in the bottom of the first inning. Round Rock and Midland traded the lead back-and-forth on Friday February 24, but eventually Round Rock prevailed 11-6. Round Rock took the lead for good in the third inning. Even though Round Rock collected four hits to Brenham’s two, they still fell 4-0 on Friday February 24. Five Dragon errors led to 3 unearned runs, contributing to the loss. Bush and Dellipoali Combine on One-hit Shutout of Frenship

Round Rock defeated Frenship 6-0 on Thursday as Cameron Bush and Jacob Dellipoali combined to throw a shutout. Bush struck out seven without walking a batter while Jacob Dellipoali threw a perfect seventh, induced a fly out from Kameron Deterding to finish off the game. Luke Malone didn’t allow a single run as Round Rock defeated Austin High 3-0 on Thursday. Malone allowed just four hits and induced a groundout from Mikey Humpfrey to end the game.
